As the former Executive Pastry Chef at the renowned Le Cirque, he takes pride in creating fresh, handcrafted chocolates made with premium ingredients, free of preservatives and artificial flavors. He is the co-host of the hugely successful Netflix show “Nailed It!” and the proprietor of Jacques Torres Chocolate.
