The More Able More Stable course run by Nelson Bays Primary Health can provide you with helpful information and tips & techniques to reduce your risk of falls. In a free 2.5 hour session participants learn about the causes of falling, strength and balance exercises, ways to make your home safer, how to maintain bone strength and eating well to stay on your feet.
📍This session will be held at the Age Concern Nelson Tasman offices in Richmond, 62 Oxford Street.
