About this Event
Join MOOV Health for the launch of our Sister Circle Series, a new program designed to create safe, supportive spaces for women to connect, share, and learn together.
Our kickoff event will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 4:00–6:00 PM at our flagship Frisco, Texas location. This intimate gathering will feature:
- Dr. Myiesha Taylor on the foundations of perimenopause and menopause
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Mandy Sudik on nutrition strategies for this stage of life
- Executive Function and Health Coach Krisler Bailey on resilience, transitions, and practical tools for well-being
The Sister Circle is intentionally designed as a small group setting, limited to 15 participants, to foster openness, trust, and authentic conversation. Healthy refreshments will be served.
This kickoff marks the first of many Sister Circle events, each exploring key stages and experiences in women’s health.
