This gentle, reflective workshop creates space for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore personal growth through guided journaling and optional sharing.
Together, we build what we call a brave space; a compassionate environment where everyone is honoured as their own expert, sharing only what feels comfortable, with no judgement, no pressure, and no expectation to disclose anything personal.
Whether journaling is new to you or a familiar practice, this workshop offers grounding, connection, and meaningful self‑reflection.

What to expect

Guided Journaling
• Exploring thoughtful prompts at your own pace.
• Your journal is private; share only what you choose.
Optional Sharing Circle
• Sharing is always optional and guided by the principles of consent, compassion, and self‑trust using Brave Space Guidelines
• These guidelines help maintain emotional safety, balance, and respect for everyone in the room so that it is trauma‑informed and participant‑led.
Break
A short break halfway through allows time for refreshments, stretching, or fresh air.
Closing Reflection
We finish with brief closing words, 1–3‑word shares, or a simple reflection on how the process felt.
Support is available afterwards if anyone needs a private chat or signposting.
