Moonwise: Wisdom and Herbal Care for Womb Holders

In this workshop, local holistic sexual health educator Lizzie Bogosian will cover the basics of our cycles through the lenses of science, body literacy and femme-centered empowerment. This is not what you learned in middle school health class! 

Community herbalist Katherine Elmer will then share safe and effective evidence-based remedies –– many from your own backyard –– for addressing common symptoms including PMS, menstrual cramps and anemia. Designed for all folks with wombs at any phase of life (and/or the people who love and support them).
