Relax under the moonlit sky, floating on a tranquil spring-fed pond while experiencing a guided meditation and soothing sound bath!
Welcome to the Moonlit Floating Meditation & Sound Bath on Paddleboards event! Join us for a magical evening at Jaybird Hammock Farm where we will immerse ourselves in the soothing sounds of nature and experience deep relaxation under the moonlit sky.
What to expect:
Once everyone is present, we will gather along the spring-fed pond where the owner of Jaybird Hammock Farm, Tina Jenkins, will welcome you and share a brief history and mission statement of the farm.
Guided by experienced leaders, you embark on a journey of meditation atop your paddleboard. As you paddle further from the shore, the worries of the day fade away, replaced by a profound sense of connection to the natural world surrounding you. With your paddleboard attached to an anchor line, you can float, relax and enjoy the full experience.
With each breath, you sink deeper into a state of mindfulness, attuned to the gentle rhythm of the water beneath you. The leader's soothing voice encourages you to let go of tension and embrace the present moment fully.
As the meditation deepens, the air is filled with the tranquil sounds of singing bowls and chimes. The ethereal tones reverberate across the water, enveloping you in a cocoon of serenity.
Time seems to stand still as you bask in the meditative embrace of the floating sound bath, your senses heightened and your spirit lifted. In this tranquil sanctuary, amidst the beauty of nature, you find solace, rejuvenation, and a profound sense of harmony with the world around you.
Your role:
Please arrive 15 minutes before the event time to check in and sign a waiver. Park at the barn and gather at the seating area near the pond.
Items to bring:
Bring any items you can carry to make yourself more comfortable on your board. As an outdoor event, bugs are a possibility, so bring your preferred repellant. Although the goal is to stay dry, you may wish to bring a towel and a change of clothes. Guests who wish to swim after the meditation are welcome.
Included with your experience:
Paddleboards, lavender & eucalyptus chilled towels. *Zero gravity lounge chairs are also available to reserve as a land-based option.
Cancellation Policy:
- 72+hrs full refund or transfer to a future event.
- Our policy requires a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to potentially offer the ticket to another attendee, and prevents revenue loss for the farm.
Inclement weather policy: In the event of inclement weather (to be determined and called by the host), the event will be postponed to an announced date, or a refund will be issued. Reservations will automatically transfer to the new date, if rescheduled. If you are unable to attend the new date, notify the host immediately by email for a full refund, [email protected]. The event will proceed as scheduled if the weather is 45degrees Fahrenheit or higher. We will assess the possibility of rain on the day of the event, taking into consideration the unpredictable shifts in weather for Florida.
