Two Moonlight Mashes in one month come along, well, once in a blue moon. BUT it is also International Worker's Day, and as most or all of us on the mash work for a living, we can't let that go.So if you want to honor Blue Moons, dress in as much blue as possible and/or costume in an Art Nouveau style (see Alphonse Mucha, Louis Tiffany, Metropolitan).
But if you want to honor the worker you are or the workers in your life, dress in Red and in the style of union leaders and other representatives of the downtrodden.
It's always more fun to be part of a costume for the ride, and this event's has both the potential for easy (dress in blue or red) and for a lot of creativity.
