About this Event
Find harmony and balance in our Moonlight Flow Yoga class, held every Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.
This calming and restorative class channels the soothing energy of the moon through Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations), a yin-inspired practice that promotes receptivity, creativity, and meditation.
Led by the intuitive Courtney (teacher subject to change based on availability), you'll flow through a series of gentle yet playful poses, including Goddess Pose, Pyramid, Triangle, and more. This practice will prepare your body and mind for a restful night's sleep while replenishing vital energy for the day ahead.
Moonlight Flow is the perfect mid-week class to realign your energy and find balance. All levels are welcome and encouraged. Modifications will be offered to accommodate different abilities.
