DESCRIPTION
Biophilia is having their moon meditation in the Garden again.
Biophilia encourages these workshops as an ideal time to surrender anything that doesn’t support your peace and joy; things that you are ready to let go of or release. Instructors, Jude Luth of Biophilia will take you on a guided Moon Meditation in the exquisite serenity of the Japanese Friendship Garden to do just that.
The meditation is interwoven with calming instruments (chimes and ocean drums).
Everyone will take home a Biophilia Gift.
Please wear comfortable warm clothing, bring water, a yoga mat or blanket, and anything else you may need to be comfortable as you lie down and feel the grounding Earth supporting you.
About Biophilia: Biophilia is local wellness brand with a line of herbal teas, tinctures, and bath and beauty products. Jude Luth is a certified herbalist, with a passion for creating plant medicine and exploring nature as a therapeutic and healing tool for our community as well as meditation and sound healing classes at Biophilia's brick and mortar space in Central Phoenix.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation & Refund Policies
All classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment one week prior to the start date may be subject to cancellation at the Garden's discretion. The Garden will contact registered participants in classes affected by cancellations and offer refunds or placement in an alternate class. Participants who withdraw at least ten business days prior to the scheduled workshop/class start date may receive a full refund on their registration. (A “business day” is defined as M-F.)
Refunds will not be given to workshop/program participants who withdraw after the first class has been held.
Missed Classes
Workshop/program participants who do not show up to the workshop/class without notification before the scheduled workshop/program must forfeit their payment and reservation
