The Moon Mamas, (Christina, Missy & Nicole) will support you with themes of the current moon cycle and astrological happenings. We do this through healing touch, aromatherapy and a sound bath. We will guide you in gentle somatic movement and yoga nidra. We will connect through open & safe discussions and at least one howl at the moon. ;)
