• Sacred Sound Bath: Led by Liv Aires, an IPHM-certified Sound Healing Practitioner and herbalist. Let Liv take you on a meditative journey of sound with a deeply relaxing, heart-centered, 60-minute sound bath to help you release stress and tune into your intuition.

• Lunar Connection: We'll be working with the energy of the Sagittarius New Moon, exploring the powerful link between lunar cycles and our own.

• Rose & Herbal Nourishment: Enjoy a nourishing cup of Rose tea and learn about the role of herbalism in supporting connection to our bodies and cycles.
