In this Circle, you will experience:
🌑 Moon Ritual & Intention Setting
A grounding ritual to attune with the energy of the current moon phase. You’ll be guided to release what is no longer serving or to call in what your soul is ready to receive. We honour the moon as teacher, guide, and sacred feminine force.
🌗Sound Healing Journey
Bathe in a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice, tuning forks, and earth instruments designed to relax your body, soothe your nervous system, and gently open the heart space. The vibrations help dissolve energy blocks and realign your frequency.
🌙Guided Meditation & Breathwork
Drop into a deeply restorative meditative state where you can access intuitive insight, calm the mental chatter, and open to spiritual guidance. Some sessions may include breathwork to activate energy flow and emotional release.
