La SDC Les Quartiers du Canal est fière de présenter la 4ᵉ édition de Montréal Boréal, un rendez-vous hivernal festif en plein air qui transformera Saint-Henri en véritable décor nordique le temps d’une fin de semaine!
Venez vivre une expérience boréale unique, où neige, musique, activités familiales et ambiance chaleureuse vous feront voyager… sans quitter Montréal.

🛖 LE REFUGE, L’IGLOO OÙ TOUT LE MONDE SE RETROUVE
Au centre du site, découvrez Le Refuge, un immense igloo chaleureux et décoré dans l’esprit chalet :
À l’intérieur :
Le jour,
• Un décor chaleureux et rustique, inspiré des chalets d’hiver : bois, lumières douces et ambiance feutrée
• Un endroit parfait pour faire une pause, se réchauffer et profiter d’un moment cocooning
• Une programmation ponctuelle avec le GRAME et la maison de la culture Marie-Uguay
• Un bar à chocolat chaud mettant en vedette le café du microtorréfacteur ESCAPE
• Un coin jeux de société pour toute la famille
• Une chasse au trésor pour les tout petits
• Un espace chill façon après-ski pour relaxer après vos activités enneigées
Le soir,
•Un concert par le pianiste Roman Zavada accompagné par :
-Une performance de cirque par la compagnie Pro-G et
- Des projections immersives sphériques sur le thème des aurores boréales par Pinkcloud
•Une soirée dansante par les DJs JP Groove présenté par ''Bonne Famille'' et et Marycee.

• Initiation au survivalisme : apprenez les bases pour survivre au grand nord
• Mini rampe Burton & initiation au snowboard pour les enfants
• Démonstration de bûcherons : traditions, force et savoir-faire québécois
• Initiation à la danse en ligne pour se réchauffer et s’amuser en groupe avec Winslow Dancer
• Des sculptures de glace en direct par Sculpture Beauregard
•Une rencontre avec des oiseaux de proie avec le Zoo Ecomuseum
•La sapinière , une forêt illuminée par Pinkcloud
•Des démonstrations de cirque par Prod-G
🥣🍷 LES SAVEURS DU QUARTIER À L’HONNEUR
Cette année, Montréal Boréal met aussi en lumière la richesse gourmande des commerces alimentaires du quartier. Pour se réchauffer, Tran Cantine proposera un bouillon chaud réconfortant, tandis que Tuck Shop servira un vin chaud disponible dans l’igloo et à notre bar. Les festivaliers sont également invités à prolonger l’expérience en découvrant les nombreuses adresses gourmandes à proximité : Miette, Margot, Lloydie’s, Crèmerie Dalla Rose, Arthur’s, La Louche, BarBara, Tacos Frida, Macho Burger, Cinco de Mayo, Bar Courcelle, Campanelli, Figata, F+F Pizza, Mollo, Onigiri Shop et Souvlaki Grec Plus. Une occasion idéale de savourer l’hiver tout en soutenant les commerces locaux.

🛖 LE REFUGE, THE IGLOO WHERE EVERYONE GATHERS
At the center of the site, discover Le Refuge—a huge, cozy igloo decorated with a chalet-inspired vibe:
Inside:
During the day,
• A warm, rustic setting inspired by winter cabins: wood, soft lighting, and a cozy atmosphere
• The perfect place to take a break, warm up, and enjoy a cocooning moment
• Pop-up programming with GRAME and the Maison de la culture Marie-Uguay
• A hot chocolate bar featuring coffee from ESCAPE, a local micro-roaster
• A board game corner for the whole family
• A treasure hunt for little ones
• A chill après-ski-style space to relax after your snowy activities
In the evening,

This year, Montréal Boréal also highlights the neighbourhood’s vibrant food scene.
