Feel the Beat! This Saturday, May 16th, 2026, we celebrate the Montreal Chinatown Multicultural & Drumming Festival!
In honor of Asian Heritage Month, we are gathering at Sun Yat-sen Park in Chinatown to celebrate our community, our culture, and our shared rhythm.
Where: Sun Yat-sen Park, Chinatown
When: Saturday, May 16th @ 12:00 PM
The highlight of this event is when drummers from different communities gather on the stage to drum together simultaneously as a symbolic gesture of unity, world peace and celebration.
All guests are welcome to bring their drums if they have, and join us. If you don't have a drum, rattle drums will be given out to everyone to join in on the action!
Among other cultural performances from different communities around Montreal, our Montreal Chan Lion Dance Club will be performing lion dance as the opening act.
