About this Event
Join Kristin McGee for a monthly 60-minute experience designed to help you reset, reconnect, and move with intention.
Each session includes a 30-minute yoga practice followed by a 30-minute guided meditation. The yoga portion will be accessible, thoughtfully sequenced, and breath-led, focusing on strength, mobility, and ease in the body. The meditation that follows offers space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate clarity and presence.
You’re welcome to join for just the yoga, just the meditation, or stay for the full experience. This class is suitable for all levels and is meant to support both physical and mental well-being.
Whether you’re looking to move, decompress, or simply carve out time for yourself, this monthly practice offers a steady rhythm to return to.
