This month at our women's health event we welcome Jenn Bodhi, Intimacy Coach to share on Intimacy!

Intimacy is about forming close, familiar, and affectionate or loving relationships with others. However, true intimacy with others begins with personal intimacy. Only when you have a genuine, deep connection with yourself can you fully show up in relationships-whole, healthy, and full of love. When you are filled with self-love and self-understanding, you can give and receive love more authentically.

Join us for a delightful evening dedicated to connecting with others and exploring personal intimacy. We'll discuss ways to deepen your relationship with yourself and engage in practices to center yourself in divine self-love and self-intimacy.

Bio: Jenn Bodhi is a dedicated Sex, Love, and Intimacy Coach who is a graduate of the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. Trained by the magnificent Layla Martin and the VITA method of Coaching. She is a certified Calling in "the One" and Conscious Uncoupling coach trained and mentored by Katherine Woodward Thomas. She served as Program Director for Katherine's Leaders of Love Mentorship Program and supports workshops led by Katherine. Jenn's healing journey has ignited a blazing passion within her. Driven by a compassionate and understanding heart, she is devoted to sharing these transformative ancient practices to help empower individuals to embark on their own healing journey toward deeper connection, self-discovery, and boundless fulfillment.

Energy of Jade Studio is upstairs in VictoriaCourt in downtown Santa Barbara. Public parking lot #5 is closest to the studio. Enter from the parking lot and turn left at the courtyard at The Standard Men's Shop and go up the stairs to the right that leads over Palma. If you have trouble finding the studio call 806-668-4411.
