About this Event
Each month under the new moon, we gather in sisterhood at the Iron Cactus to slow down, reconnect, and remember the power of community. This circle is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are—no masks, no pressure, just presence.
Together, we’ll ground into our bodies with a gentle somatic practice, reflect on the energy of the current zodiac season, set intentions for the month ahead, and drop into guided meditation. We’ll close with open-hearted sharing and conversation, creating space for each woman’s voice to be heard and honored.
This circle is for you if you’re craving deeper connection, if you’ve ever longed for a sense of belonging, if you desire to be witnessed without judgment, or if you simply want a soulful pause in the rhythm of your life.
All women are welcome here—whether you’re brand new to women’s circles, astrology, or meditation, or you’ve been journeying with them for years. Come as you are, and leave feeling nourished, connected, and supported
What to bring:
a journal (if you’d like), and anything that helps you feel cozy and grounded. Yoga mats and blankets will be available, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

There are multiple layers to disease, pain & healing. Working together, we focus on the entire self, not just one aspect. My lifestyle coaching approach incorporates a combination of psychology, physiology, nutrition, movement & spirituality. Together, we unearth our rooted patterns of functioning out of fear and cultivate love (starting with loving ourselves).
