Join Team RP for our monthly ruck run, held on the last Saturday of every month! This is a community-driven, all-levels-welcome event focused on movement, camaraderie, and showing up together.
What is a RUCK RUN?!
A "ruck run" is a low-impact exercise that involves walking or running with a weighted backpack. It's a military training technique that's similar to walking uphill, but with less knee pounding than running. The term "ruck" comes from "ruck sack", a durable backpack for carrying equipment.
Whether you’re a seasoned rucker, a runner, or just getting started — you belong here.
