Join Team RP for our monthly ruck run, held on the last Saturday of every month! Only this time, BEING YOUR PUP! Assuming he is well behaved (at least somewhat) and gets along with others! BRING BAS IN CASE OF DROPPINGS! 💩
This is a community-driven, all-levels-welcome event focused on movement, camaraderie, and showing up together.
A "ruck run" is a low-impact exercise that involves walking or running with a weighted backpack. It's a military training technique that's similar to walking uphill, but with less knee pounding than running. The term "ruck" comes from "ruck sack", a durable backpack for carrying equipment
Whether you’re a seasoned rucker, a runner, or just getting started — you belong here.

• Veterans, supporters, friends, and first-timers welcome
• Community, accountability, and motivation
You can ruck, run, walk, or mix it up! The goal is movement and connection, not competition.

Team RP events are about supporting veterans and our local community, building consistency through monthly meetups, and showing up together.
