This month's speaker is Tom Pauls, CCLP.

Tom is the Managing Director and Founder of SCL Search Consultants Ltd. Toronto, Ontario


Tom has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and executive search focusing exclusively in the supply chain sector. He also has hands-on experience in logistics and completed his CCLP(Certified Canadian Logistics Professional) designation in 2008. He has been a committed volunteer for various associations across the supply chain sector for over two decades. In 2015, Tom founded SCL Search Consultants, an executive search firm with an exclusive focus on supply chain and logistics. Tom is a regular presenter at colleges and universities, sharing insights and experiences with supply chain professionals across North America. Tom’s search firm is based in Toronto - Canada’s largest business center but is active all across Canada with plans to expand into USA.
Presentation:

Tom's presentation will provide insights into job search strategies and career development, including how to identify the right career path for you, tactics to connect with hiring managers, and in-demand skills in the supply chain sector. While Tom’s executive search practice is focused on experienced supply chain professionals many of his topics will be of value to students who are just getting started in supply chain careers
