Most people don’t realise how much stress they’re holding until they finally stop.
This is a monthly experience — you can attend as often as you like by booking the date that suits you. We run a small, calm sound meditation designed to help you step out of the noise and into deep relaxation.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about giving your body and mind permission to slow down.
During this 60-minute session, you’ll be gently guided through a deeply restorative sound experience that helps calm your nervous system and reset your mind.
No experience needed.
No pressure.
Just come as you are.

To make sure you’re fully comfortable, please bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- 1–2 yoga mats
- A blanket
- Eye mask
- Pillow or cushion

This is a small group session to keep the experience calm, quiet, and personal.
👉 Because of this, spaces are very limited and often book out in advance.
Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your space if needed.
