Each Month in 2026 we will highlight a different 12" quilt square technique. In November we will have a class to tie it all together (sashing/borders). If you take each class this year you will have enough squares to create a 9-patch quilt. You also have the option to turn your square into a hot pad or expand it to be a table topper.
We will update this description each month to add the square we are working on with a supplies list.
March - Split Rail Fence
February - Log Cabin
We will cut and sew the square together in class, just bring your materials.
Materials:
1/8 yard of 6 colors (3 light and 3 dark)
7th color is the center 4" square
Sewing Machine (clean and ready to use; a limited number of machines will be available to rent)
Sewing thread to coordinate with base fabric
Class Notes:
Please arrive early for class to ensure you have enough time to get setup, there is a lot to learn.
Please contact the store if there are supplies you do not have, we may have them to lend to you during the class.
ALL CLASSES HAVE A 2 STUDENT MINIMUM; if the class does not have 2 students it will be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
