This monthly circle is a space for therapists, facilitators, and healing practitioners to pause, reconnect, and receive support. Those who hold space for others often carry a great deal, and this gathering is an opportunity to be held in return.Together we will slow down, share openly, and reconnect with ourselves and one another in a supportive community of providers. The evening will include gentle grounding practices, reflective conversation, and space to process the unique experiences that come with supporting others.
This circle is not about fixing or performing. It is a place to exhale, to be witnessed, and to remember that you don’t have to hold everything alone.
Whether you are feeling inspired, depleted, curious, or simply wanting connection with other providers, you are welcome here. The intention is to nurture the well-being of those who nurture others so we can continue offering our work with presence, clarity, and care.
