Brian "Snowman" Powers is back by request, this time to discuss his mental health and wellness strategies for coping as a touring musician. Join us on January 13th for a presentation by Snowman, who will share the foundations he's learned and found useful along his journeys on the road. Come and share your personal experiences as well. Likely many of you will be able to relate, and share something that has worked well for you.
