Our monthly men’s art therapy group offers a supportive and creative space for men to express themselves through various guided art forms. This therapeutic setting will explore feelings of overwhelm, inadequacy, and self-reflection along with mental, emotional, physical, and relational health.Prior group therapy experience is NOT required. You also DO NOT need to be an artist or have art experience to benefit from this group!
First Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise stated)
7-8:30pm
