Elemental Tai Chi is a gentle, meditative practice designed to guide you into a natural “flow state” of body, mind, and spirit. This state supports your body’s innate ability to heal, prevent illness, foster personal growth, and gain clarity of purpose.Through grounded movement and stillness, we’ll cultivate focus, clarity, and a deep sense of trust in the unfolding of life. Sometimes the most powerful action is simply to pause—and allow ourselves to just be.
This class is open to all levels—no prior experience needed.
This class is part of our Yoga Happy Hour series, featuring a different teacher and practice every 2nd Friday at 5:30 PM. These donation-based community classes are open to all and centered around connection, accessibility, and care.
