Monthly Men's Group

A grounded space for men to connect, reflect, and grow in community. Each session begins with a brief opening and intention-setting to create a safe, respectful container. We move through meditation and breathwork to drop into the body, followed by a themed topic to spark meaningful group discussion. We close with reflections and takeaways, leaving with deeper awareness, connection, and presence.
