A monthly supportive and safe space for women at all stages of the menopause to come together to connect, share experiences, and practice gentle yoga designed specifically to help manage symptoms.The sessions are led by Menopause Specialist GP and senior yoga teacher Celia Swan.
Each month we’ll explore a different menopause symptom and learn how to use breathwork, gentle movement, and positive practices to thrive during this powerful period of change.
8/3/26 - temperature regulation
19/4/26 - joint pain & muscle stiffness
17/5/26 - rage & emotional change
14/6/26 - sleep disturbance
After each session, there’s the option to stay for tea and an informal chat.
