Join Becky as we use yoga to delve into the lessons from the Christmas movie Elf!We will explore and talk about the importance of embracing your true self and appreciating the simple things in life. Buddy the Elf is unapologetically himself, spreading Christmas joy and singing loudly for all to hear.
Each one of our sessions includes: Yoga storytelling, Games and crafts.
This is aimed for kids between the ages of 3-6 but kids out of this bracket would be welcome if they wanted to join in!
