Hot Yoga + Vinyasa. It’s a high-energy fusion class with a set posture sequence all set to big tunes for maximum feel-good vibes and heated to a toasty 37˚C. Expect balance and core work features for next-level burn. This one is invigorating and challenging in equal measure, and rewarding at all levels of experience. Sweat is guaranteed.
Level: open.
What you will need: Yoga mat, towel and water.

-5.30pm at The Studio Joondalup and The Studio Butler.
-6pm at East Vic Park.
COST: FREE.
RSVP: Bookings are a must, but it’s easy via the TSP App or website.
(All other Friday 5.30pm/6pm classes are Hot Yoga 60.)
