The Primal Play Temple is more than a movement space - it’s a meditative consciouneness journey into embodiment, connection - and joy!
Here, we start from a meditative inner blissful state and come into playful dance-like movement, that flows naturally, as you might stretch, balance, crawl, jump and reconnecting with your your own natural primal human instincts.
The meditative foundation is presence, as you connect deeply with your own self.
Through conscious partnering exercises you practise to feel trust and build trust, within yourself. You ignite and spark your own creativity, and forge meaningful flowy connecting exercises.
From natural contact improv-based flows to shared moments of playful dance-like movements, every short practise session is an opportunity to feel fully alive—in your own experience.
When we practise to flow spontaniously we set ourselves free and increase our sense of connectedness both with self, with the group and with the community.

During the evening:
You will be invited into sharing and meditative practises.
You will participate in meditative exercises by yourself.
You might choose to do offered activities with the partner you came with.
You might accept to partner up and practice with participants in the space.
You might try, play, explore, dance and share yourself.

The Primal Play Temple offers a heartfelt unique and conscious space where movement, conscious embodiment, and connection merge to awaken the natural sacredness and fundamental, primal aspects of our human experience.
By weaving in meditative tantric elements, the practices in this space invite participants to explore heartfelt vulnerable authenticity, that might offer a sense of being deeply moved and feel increased aliveness inside ones own body.
