Bring any book You would enjoy with at least one of the words Husband ,Wife, boyfriend or Girlfriend in the title name !
You don’t have to read it prior to event, you can just come for the fun of the exchange !
It’s whatever YOU want it to be. Romance , Horror , Thriller , historical fiction etc …

We are a Non commitment book club of sorts - we love to get together and trade our books -but we know life is BUSY and we all may not get a chance to read what we bring or what we chose the month prior ! So don’t let that stop you from joining us!
How we Run our Swap-
Just bring one new or gently used book wrapped up with a little tag stating a “clue” about the book!
We will all bring one book that is on theme with the month .
The fun-
We will all draw a number and select our books blindly off the table from the little clues everyone provides with their books -
Books can be stolen twice throughout the exchange like in the style of dirty Santa !
How we choose the following months “theme”-The person that draws the #1 pick , will also choose our next months theme - so be ready in case it’s you!
It’s a lot of fun !
You don’t have to be an avid reader - and we don’t discuss each book the following month in detail like regular book clubs. But we love to exchange book recs on your fav reads and usually read the blurb out loud on the back of the book we select .
So come for the fun and dont worry about the lengthy discussions that most book clubs have. Some of us have a TBR so big we don’t even get to finish the book before the next meet !
We are average hobby readers who like to be challenged to read new and different books/genres that we normally wouldnt choose for ourselves and build a great bookshelf over the year!
