Kelly Green is a pianist, vocalist and composer based in NYC. She sings like she breathes, and her piano playing is sophisticated and modern, yet rooted in jazz tradition. She has shared her love for music at the Kennedy Center, Dizzy’s, DC Jazz Festival, and many more places, with legends like Christian McBride, Steve Wilson, George Coleman, Scott Robinson and more.
Based in NYC, the Kelly Green Trio is a tight knit ensemble with Green on piano and vocals, Evan Hyde on drums, and bassist Luca Soul Rosenfeld.
This show will premiere music from Green’s upcoming album release Corner of My Dreams, as well as highly arranged standards from the great American songbook.
