PREREGISTRATION TO BE A VOTING DELEGATE VIA THIS LINK https://form.123formbuilder.com/6782152/2025-county-party-re-org-registration IS REQUIRED BEFORE THURSDAY, APRIL 3, 2025, AT NOON. PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE CREDENTIALS COMMITTEE TO DETERMINE IF A PERSON IS QUALIFIED TO PARTICIPATE. IF A PERSON IS DETERMINED NOT TO BE ELIGIBLE, THEY WILL BE CONTACTED IN ADVANCE OF APRIL 4TH TO NOTIFY THEM THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REORGANIZATION.
Every two years, each county Republican Party holds officer elections (reorganizations). Per Tennessee Republican Party rules, county reorganizations must occur before April 15th.
The election of MCTNGOP officers will be for the following offices: Chairman, Co-Chair (male if elected Chairman is a female if the elected Chairman is male), Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice Treasurer

*Qualified participant is defined as an individual who;
a) is properly registered to vote in Montgomery County, and
b) has voted in at least three (3) of the four (4) most recent statewide Republican primary elections in which he is eligible to vote.
Any individual who has not resided within the State of Tennessee to have voted in the last three (3) of the four (4) Statewide Republican primaries must provide notarized voting record documentation from the last three (3) of the four (4) Statewide Republican primaries from their previous state(s) to prove Bona fide Republican status.
