Monterey County Fire Service Honors Gala

This milestone event celebrates the men and women who have dedicated their careers to protecting life, property, and the safety of our communities. The evening will recognize promotions, retirements, and significant achievements in the fire service, including the Career Firefighter of the Year, Support Person of the Year, and Distinguished Service honorees.

Whether you are an active or retired member of the fire and emergency services in Monterey County, or a supporter of our local first responders, the event offers an opportunity to gather in a welcoming setting with colleagues, partners, and community members. The evening will be filled with shared stories, meaningful recognition, and time to connect with those who serve and support the fire service across the region.

The program will be led by Master of Ceremonies Chief George Nunez II, President of the Association. Proceeds from the evening will support the Monterey County Fire Chiefs Association Scholarship Fund, helping invest in the education and development of the next generation of fire service professionals.
