This new event is an out-and-back 10 mile trail run along the picturesque River Wye starting in Monmouth and heading towards Symonds Yat passing the iconic Biblins Rope Bridge* Ideal for those wishing to step up from running a 10k or training for a spring half marathon
* Beginner Friendly with a pancake flat course.
* Medal for all finishers
* Drink Station at 5 miles
* 9.00 am start.
* Car Parking and toilets are available in town. Car park charges from £1.40
* Due to the route being on a shared path and narrow in places we strongly advise runners not to wear headphones
* Runners run at their own risk and organisers will take no liability for any injuries. If you are ill or injured on the day, we strongly advise you not to run. Please read our withdrawal policy.
