About this Event
It’ll go like this. Arrive at 9:30 am, grab a cup of chai tea, meet everyone, and set up for the first round of Inirly workshops. Postures. Breathwork. Meditation.
After the first round of introduction workshops, you’ll be served a light lunch, digesting during a yoga philosophy discourse.
Next, the formal practice... the Monk Mode Marathon.
You’ll be guided through an extended, more intense, and focus-driven posture, breathwork, and meditation session. Take everything learned in the first half of the retreat and apply it an invirgorating round 2.
Then a well deserved traditional, simple yogic meal. The sun will be setting during the closing Kirtan session, after which the day on monkhood will be over.
