(For young people 15 to 25 years)Presented by Empower2Free, this workshop equips young people aged 15 to 25 years to develop financial skills. Participants will learn how to develop skills for sound financial choices through games, personality quizzes, and origami! This is a great workshop if you have just started work or will do in the near future.
Workshop Outline:
*Understanding Me: Through a game, participants identify what priorities they have and what truly matters for themselves. They will also articulate reasons for the decisions made.
*Making A Plan: Through a personality quiz, participants will discover internal drivers for their financial behaviours. With these insights, participants will then brainstorm decision making factors that prioritises their own spending/saving habits in managing their income.
*Taking Action: Participants will create a personalised Origami Fortune Teller. This tool will inbuild their personal decision-making factors, serving as a reminder to guide future money choices.
