Last month, Keren Ludwig and Betsy Witten spoke at The Delta’s Storytelling Series with Elise Pettus of UNtied.net. On April 17th, Ludwig and Witten will host a full-day workshop at The Delta from 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
They consult at the intersection of finances and family relationships where money and emotions are deeply linked. Their work helps clients normalize talking about money with their partners, children, and parents. Clients are able to clarify values and aspirations, strengthen relational bonds and build financial competence.

Keren Ludwig, LCSW, is a New York-based psychotherapist, trainer and consultant. In her private practice she sees couples, families, and individuals, and specializes in issues of interpersonal trauma, family life cycle transition and adolescent development. She is on the faculty of the Columbia University School of Social Work and has worked with the Ackerman Institute for the Family for over twenty years. She has written articles and created films about clinical practice, and is a psychotherapy consultant to Showtime’s docu-series Couples Therapy.
Betsy Witten, JD, is a New York-based coach who helps clients develop self-awareness and agency around money. She supports their navigation of legal and investment relationships through life-cycle transitions including trust creation, estate planning, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Her professional history includes being an attorney, a social justice advocate, a founder of a high school for court-involved students, and a Program Director at a national foundation. She has facilitated the Money and Meaning Workshop at the Ackerman Institute for the Family for several years. Betsy received both her B.A. and J.D. from Columbia University.
