An artist’s life is full of financial uncertainty, and conversations about finance can be deeply uncomfortable. With deep roots in the theatre community, Tim Ziegler understands the life of an artist, and leans into the discomfort, so that artists can stop apologizing for wanting stability. Join us for a casual and safe chat about making a living as an artist. This workshop is FREE. Please register to attend.

Welcome to Industry’s WorkWeekend, three days of workshops and events for Hamilton artists and the public. Whether you're just starting out, or want to dig deeper, WorkWeekend has something for you!
Classes are either FREE or ask a $20 entry fee per workshop. If this presents any barriers, please get in touch with Maddie at [email protected] so we can ensure your participation. We encourage PWYC donations from those who can, and can take debit or credit on the day.
All WorkWeekend workshop spaces live in accordance with Industry Safer Spaces policy, available on our website. Everyone is welcome, safe, and respected.

ABOUT TIM ZIEGLER
Tim Ziegler was an actor for twelve years. His dad was an actor, his mom is still an actor. His wife was an actor. His friends, his family friends are all actors. After his acting career he became a financial advisor. Today, most of his clients are artists who turn to him because the finance industry feels cold, confusing, and built for someone else.
