7pm-8pm isolation and movement . For most, the problems in their dancing arise from not having good control of isolation and being able to produce movements they would like to achieve . Regular practise is required to sustain and improve
This is followed by basics co ordination and turn techniques
techniques ...This is the class needed for real improvement. It addresses your basics because when we dance we look like our basics . Basic step, movement of shoulders ribs and coordination , as well as turns , spins and general partnerwork moves that ladies are often lead on the dance floor . Also basic arm movements and styling .
8pm-9pm Shines improvers/intermediate upwards -
basic shines and movements broken down on1 and on2 dancers are welcome .Short routines and /or individual movements
