(Note that this class was initially designed as a free drop-in solely for Veterans and their caregivers but I'm sure the last few years have shown us all how valuable T'ai Chi Chih can be for EVERYONE! So if you’re a civilian interested in attending, simply reach out: if you’d prefer to attend virtually I'll be happy to email a link and can even take your credit card right over the phone . . . the cost will be $15 plus a small service fee per class and there’ll be no contract, etc. Just come when you can and it’ll be WONDERFUL to have you join us!)
