Join teacher Stephy Joy for a rejuvenating evening filled with primal movement, authentic expression, restorative yoga and guided meditation. Stephy Joy brings her lifelong passion for movement and expression to her classes. With over 20 years of teaching experience, her professional training includes classical and contemporary dance, classical and contemporary yoga practices including harmonic postural training called Bowspring, energy healing and strength training. She is merging her Life’s explorations into a new movement practice she lovingly calls “murmurr”. Murmurr is a reclamation of movement as Ritual, a practice to expand our embodied awareness of self and the web of life on Earth while moving together in community. Prepare to explore embodiment as a playground of sensation, story and harmonic connection.
Stephy Joy is co-founder of Whole(ATL); a blossoming spiritual community of Earth lovers cultivating Partnership culture alongside Rituals and Rites of Passage with sacred plants and mushrooms.
