BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL! Only those booked online can attend. Bring your child/ren to this energetic new Kids Yoga session aimed at 5-10yr olds in the beautiful surroundings of The Circle, a converted church that brings new life to this community space. No previous yoga experience required - just a sense of fun 💖 Let your little people burn off some energy exploring weekly themes & topics & let me guide them with ways to calm themselves down. These basic skills of self-regulation are so needed, not only by us as adults, but also by our little people. 💖 These sessions are often lead by story & song & creative methods of learning so please consider if this is suitable for your child.
Arrive approx 5mins before class to get signed in.
The session will start at 5pm. Parents/Guardians can wait quietly at the back & watch if they wish. Collection needs to be prompt as the next group start at 6pm
There is parking in the car park next to The Circle, or on the Main Street in front of the church. Please avoid parking in the residential streets behind The Circle if at all possible.
Please ensure your child wears clothes that they are comfortable moving around in.
