Monday Flow Women's Ride

Join Specialized UWS for our Monday Flow Women's Ride!

Whether you are an avid cyclist or just getting started, this ride will be at an easy 16-17mph pace. Don't fear getting left behind as it is a No-Drop ride.

We will be meeting at Tavern On The Green and doing 3 laps in Central Park.

Helmet and lights are required.

Meet-Up: 6:15am
Pedals-Up: 6:30am
