Our inaugural conference in 2025 welcomed more than 40 attendees and demonstrated the strong demand for high-quality, back-to-basics training in our region. The conference is hosted at The Drill-Yard on the former Meadow Wood Training Grounds, and proceeds directly support the ongoing revitalization of this training facility; ensuring local fire departments and firefighters have access to a dedicated space to develop and sharpen essential fireground skills. Due to the success of our first year, the conference has expanded for this upcoming session. In addition to our foundational extrication training, this year’s program will also include 2 nights of Speakers, live fire evolutions vertical ventilation and Mayday Rescue Operations training, providing participants with realistic, skill-focused learning opportunities across multiple operational disciplines. The Monadnock Fire Conference remains committed to affordable, high-value training that strengthens firefighter competence, confidence, and safety on the fireground.
