Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey where music guides the body through waves of rhythm, expression, and connection.
There are no steps to follow and no experience required.
Just come as you are and let the music move you.
Together we shake off the winter blues and welcome the fresh energy of spring through movement, community, and joy.
