***Required: Please bring a crafting Mat to work on, even if you are just working on a planner.

*** If using a glue gun or anything that heats up, please have a heat-resistant mat under it. Workspaces must be protected. Any hotel fines incurred for damages will be the responsibility of the cropper.
*If you need to plug in multiple items, please bring your own power strip. We will provide the extension cord.
*Food is on your own and there are plenty of great restaurants in the area!!
*All swaps are optional. To participate in swaps, you will comment under each swap post you want to do. Swaps will be done at 4:00 pm, unless noted.
**Cancellations**
If you can no longer attend the crop,
1. you may transfer your seat to someone else
2. Check wait list / make a post in group to sell your spot
If you transfer your seat to someone else, you are responsible for getting payment from them.
Please inform TERRY before any official transfer occurs.
