Founded by two moms (one a mental health professional) in 2022, MFT’s award-winning dance parties are the first in the country designed specifically for moms’ emotional wellness and self-reconnection. Think: catharsis meets community, with Beyonce as a backdrop.
Join us for our NYC debut, part of MFT’s national tour as DJ Destiny Shynelle spins nostalgic throwbacks and fresh anthems to keep you dancing, laughing, and feeling fully alive.
