After the Circle, those who wish are warmly invited to continue the connection over a coffee or tea nearby — a simple and relaxed moment to chat, share impressions, and deepen friendships.

Please note: these circles are fully volunteer-led; every euro goes directly to renting the space and covering basic materials so we can continue to offer this safe, welcoming space for women.

What is a Mums Circle?
A Women’s Circle is a safe, nurturing space where women come together to connect, reflect, and grow — personally and collectively.
It’s a gentle pause from daily life to breathe, listen, and be listened to.
In our circles, women:
-Share stories and lived experiences
-Feel seen, heard, and supported — without judgment
-Create and reflect in sisterhood
-Practice presence, mindfulness, and self-expression
